David Choong Lee’s “Gravity” at Jonathan LeVine Projects.
Now showing at Jonathan LeVine Projects in Jersey City, New Jersey is artist David Choong Lee’s fantastic solo exhibition, “Gravity.”
Melding figurative with abstract visions and incorporating influences from van Gogh all the way to Graffiti, David Choong Lee has carved out a phenomenal signature style. For “Gravity,” Lee was inspired by his studies of physics and expressing what he found there through painting with aerosol and latex. He describes the pieces: “Maybe they are vast representations of space, an alien world, or an examination of life at a microscopic level.”
“Gravity” will be on display until April 29th, 2017.
